Pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs), such as bacterial peptidoglycans (PGN) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS), can be exploited for vaccine adjuvant applications. Glycane® provides enantiopure and non-toxic PAMPs based immunomodulatory compounds which can be used as adjuvant in vaccines.
